Thanks! My eating habits aren't the healthiest, but they are improving drastically from the days of having two packages of ramen noodles for dinner before going out and consuming a six pack. 86'ing the pizza, tonight will be something different.

Zinc? Vitamin A? I really don't take any other supplements yet, new to all this and every day seems to be a learning experience. Are there any symptoms of craving vitamin A or zinc?
