Hi everyone!

I'm new to this forum, but definitely not to CZ!

I've been really been thinking about going all raw. Owen suggested some raw cookbooks when I started the Incurables Program back last June, and I have since bought some others. Lapis has been a great resource. I bought Raw Power by Steve Arlin of Nature's First Law and read it cover to cover. It really helped qualm my fears and concerns about protein and muscle building. I just downloaded Shelly's Dying to Live book and I've been reading it all day. She is so motivating. I'm really thinking with the weather warming up and the new season's produce starting to come in, it's time to make the plunge and do this.

If I go all raw, will y'all help me through the transition?
