Hi Steve,

First of all, thank you for this posting information on your amazing journey. I read your post this AM and it has been on my mind all day. The Liver Flushing was already in my plan, but the fruit....oh my!

So, my questions:

Did you only eat raw fruit?
Did you juice at all?
Did you include vegs?
What fruits did you NOT include (seems easier than what you did eat!! LOL!)
