I have just started PD also. I took one the first day, 2 the next, then 4, 6, and today im gonna take 7. The directions say ot to do it that fast but I am not having any die off. However I have been drinking a lot of distilled water. One thing I noticed is that every morning I have a good BM and release more than I normally would have. And it isall connected...one long one.( sorry to be graphic)
