Hi Jonny,

You and I are both suffering with this nasty candida and thyroid issues at the same time. I am hypo myself and have found that hot baths completely weaken me to the point I cannot funtion afterward.

The only thing I have found so far to help me sweat that doesnt kill me is a sauna with dry heat. I had to start out with little bits at a time though.

Crazy thought for you - something that really helped me get to the point where I was functional again - although far from well - was doing a modified version of the Master Cleanse. Instead of using maple sypup, I use stevia and I supplemented with super foods by primal defense and protein shakes.

My next step in this battle is to get my body to accept enough oil to do the Liver Flushes as I know I have a lot of stones as well. I also have almost no digestive power left on my own.

But I digress.... If you want to swap ideas and protocols, I would be more than happy to share with a fellow hypo :-)
