Hmmmm, that doesnt sound too good!
Are you cleaning your veggies/fruits with an organic veggie wash?
Use something that doesnt have any chemicals added to clean off pesticides. My aunt died of cancer from pesticides.
I get this stuff called "Veggie Wash" in a spray bottle. Its made from citrus- and is all natural. You can also soak your produce in one part water, one part apple cidar vinegar for 30 minutes-- then rinse.
With eating an all raw diet, if you have metal fillings in your teeth, you may more easily leech out more of the mercury out of your fillings into your body.
Get any metal fillings replaced with composite or ceramic fillings. With each filling replaced, you'll feel a bit more better. Also take CoQ10 tablets to help remove mercury from your soft tissues in your body.
I have yet to do this myself.-- I have 8 metal filings in my teeth, and notice that when I drink hot teas or eat alot of citrus, that I get dizzy spells. I read that hot drinks and citrus does leach out the mercury more aggressively and that dizzy spells are a symptom of mercury in the body.
Did you know that metal fillings have 50% mercury in them? Some dentists refuse to use metal amalagram fillings anymore-even though the stuff is still being manufactured.
If you dont have metal fillings, check your drinking water. There may be mercury run-off in your water supply.
God Bless, and please let us know the status of your condition and keep us updated.
