I think I have a food allergy of some sort...whenever I eat something like the hershey's just-add-water brownies I get really sick to my stomach and I feel exhausted. I don't know what I am allergic too...and I thought I cleared it up when I did the Liver Cleansing salad but I guess I may not have. I hate heart palpitations...I feel like I have to breathe deeper and they are just plain annoying. I am going to try the Clarke's Liver Flush and see if maybe that helps.
