as you can see in my new post, I am feeling a great deal better.
but the brain fog still continues. I think it's gotten a bit better though. As for the memory, I am still pretty bad at following directions. I don't think this is so much because of poor memory (I have no problems remembering names or birthdays), rather it is due to a bit of attention defecit that I seem to have developed during the past years. My inability to concentrate obiously influences my ability to follow directions.

I have yet to do a liver cleanse- primarily because I have been travelling a lot in the past weeks. My plan is to do one in mid October. I really hope that it helps with my eyesight, because my astigmatism seems to have gotten worse.
