You have to monitor your stools in order to tell. If you have increased bile flow, then your stools will be either a slightly darker brown then usual, or they will be the normal brown color. Mine were gray and clay-like (meaning that not enough bile was getting through) so I did the carrot salad flush and it's my 3rd day and it works GREAT. I have a lot of energy and my yeast infection die-off is a lot easier to handle.
Anyways, good luck with any Liver Flushing you do! It is VERY beneficial! :)
