Usually the 3rd flush is an outstanding one. I actually had to wait for the 4th. After 3 miserable one, with about just as many stones as you I had this easygoing one with a boost of energy the very next day. The feeling I could digest just about anything and my sense of smell back.
Wicked it was.

Once you get a wicked one, give it a break for a month or two and work on intestine/kidneys. I forgot what grey color meant. If you want more answer, just post on the Liver Flush Forum ... they know it all.
THe green "foam" is actually bile. I had a similar experience drinking carrot juice.

The green pea you've found means that you do not chew well enough... or even that you have poor digestion. Read Shelley on the topic: Best of Shelley How to Improve Digestion. B witamins are essential.
