I felt great . Then we bought a dozen, filled KKreme donuts.
I thought,"well, I'll just eat six in the next 2 days instead of spreading them out." this wouldn't have bothered me at all until the last Golden Years.
So now I lose sleep over scratching. Itching and scratching.
I just Can't overdose on sugar; it is not worth it. Best thing I can take, and it helps quite a bit, is an acidophilus capsule.
Had to take one at midnight, it was that miserable.
