I'm glad to hear that you're doing okay. I tend to
have a solitary nature as well, which partially explains
why teaching is kind of stressful.
You've mentioned colosan a couple of times, so I'm going
to "google" it and find out more about it. Good sleep
is crucial and I sure could use some more of it. If
colosan helps me with that, it would be worth the cost.
I've done paragone before and it agreed with me as well.
Actually, the weather turned out to be okay this week; only
2 days of rain and wind. We have our eye on hurrican ivan
though.
