syzyq2 - it is very kind of you to ask after me. . .I am really touched! I am rather a loner, you see. I have been doing o.k. Trying to keep work stress down. I don't live in Asia, but in northern USA. While my work is classified, it is not with the government. It is stressful though. I generally live alone, as my partner travels. So just me, books and my cats mostly.

I have been using colosan to combat the candida, and also started paragone cleanse - not feeling like I have critters, it just worked so well for a cleanse last time that I started it again. Using colosan sure helps me sleep better. Sleep that is so important!

I am sorry that the hurricane is pelting you all with wind and rain, and that the children have to stay indoors - all that energy in little ones, all at once - I cannot imagine! Hope you are doing well!
