I've taken ACV a couple times per day for about three
days in a row, and whenever I drink it, my stomach starts
rumbling and twisting like crazy. What do I think it
means? I made myself get really quiet and "go inside" my
body to listen to it. I think the ACV is feeding the yeast
and it loves it !
Is it possible? All of my candida books advise against
drinking ACV (it's great in an enema) but the ACV forum
at curezone say its okay.
Anyone have an opinion?
