I am experiencing alot of brain fog problems with candida.
Lack of concentration; feeling like I don't know where I am
or what I'm saying half the time; disoriented and on and on.
So, when I began my candida cleanse in earnest two weeks ago,
eliminating sugar, dairy and wheat (suspect allergy here), I
still continued with the brain problems. I checked urine for
ketones and was in the "large quantities" area of the ketostik.
So, my question to all of you out there is what can help
alleviate this cloudy feeling in my head and does anyone else
have this problem?
