Hello everyone: I just wanted to add a couple of things that I have learned since I wrote this.

1. People who are prone to migraines may not be able to use xylitol, since it is a Sugar alcohol, and contains a small amount of alcohol residue. I understand this is a migraine trigger.

2. Also, I discontinued the clearasil idea and use a small amount of Bentonite paste for die-off bumps, which works even faster; it even dries up pimples!

As I learn more, I will continue to update.
