for olive leaf and other extracts go to www.herb-pharm.com...the little bottles don't cost that much and they have the best extracts...I have researched it...start with the herbs...I used to take a pill for candida, called NYSTATIN...it's pretty gentle and might help you too...at that time I didn't know anything about silver and herbs etc...then there is a book called "The Yeast Connection" by Wm.G.Crook MD...it's XLNT...
