Hello, Julie,

It means so much to be on this candida network and know others are going better. Actually I am better myself, today. It all seems to really depend on the diet. I had some desert over the week-end and suffered like hell on Monday.
And the doctor who told me I must be mad to eat only meat, vegs and eggs!
But do we have to give up icecream and cakes for the whole of our lives? I am happy to have the right number of kilos but still, the diet is quite difficult, especially here where the availability of special kinds of food is limited (e.g.: rice cakes, rice cereals, etc).
No, I don't speak much German, although I am a linguist, and I live in a postcommunist country, a Latin one, Romania.

I read some disquieting info on Xylitol, but am going to try and find it (will also go on the other site you recommended)since it's done so much good to you.
Currently I am on and off Nystatin (I am treating myself and my energy seems to depend on Nystatin and the right diet), Caprylic acid and Oregano oil. I also have some Candex from Canada
