I feel so much stronger now, I can walk a lot now. It's been more than a month since I wrote this, and I'm stronger every day. If you are interested in xylitol, I have been asking people on another more personal candida site (at healthyawareness - they have two sites, one where you don't have to register), how to order it, and which sites are safe. You might enjoy the people there, too, they're all so nice and informed.
