What you think is die-off may in fact be an allergic reaction (that is what happened to me) and it was not until I switched to one that I was not allergic to could I tell the diference. What a toxic load off my body to have discovered that link, and I can eat more things now w/o reacting than I could before.

I totally agreee with that. Too often, allergic reactions are dismissed as die off. Die off should not be a permament state. If it is, stop the antifungals you are taking one by one, and see if your condition improves.
