many thanks for your very detailed reply. You will not realise how useful this is to myself and others.

I am amazed at the sheer number of things that you were doing. It reminds me of Shelley's recovery in that sense. If any one thing cured you it was your sheer determination and will to recover.

I think this helps us see how realistic our own recovery plans are. I thought I was doing everything possible - until I read your post. There is a lot to think about.

I don't think your theories on candida are all that controversial. And at the end of the day most people just want to recover.

The important thing is the how.
