I had the fog very bad. sometimes I felt like I was seeing the world from the bottom of a hole. I really began to lift after a few flushes. from what I understand the fog results from toxin overload, due in part to bad digestion, and the liver's inability to filter blood as its too clogged up and impaired. working on digestin and cleansing the liver, kidneys and colon should really help you.

avoiding processed foods helped. eating fruit only on an empty stomach. what ever you can do to focus and improve your digestion.
