Thanks for sharing your experiences. I am learning that my correct path to health is not one singular treatment event, but rather a lot of changes that synergize and become a lifestyle to be followed for the rest of my life. And it is very much worth it. I really agree with your points on avoiding chemicals, sleep, liver flushing, taking responsibility and control of your own health, etc...
