One of the best ways to digest seeds is to soak then sprout them. When you eat them dry (raw but dry) they have an anti-enzyme present, which keeps them from growing and makes them harder to digest. If you soak them and better yet sprout them, you counter act the anti-enzyme and start the growing process which makes the seeds or nuts into a "living state" which has living enzymes and are totally digestable.
Sprouting them in a jar is all I do and it works amazing!!
and it is so simple.
This is the best way to eat nuts, seeds and grains. To be trully raw this is best for the digestion.
how this helps, Carm :)
