Me too!! When I am allergic to one food...I am allergic to the whole family. Like most veggies and fruits - I have a reaction when I eat them raw, but tolerate them fine if they are cooked. My allergist said that it is the common protein structure of these foods that I am reacting to!

This is starting to resonate with me - get rid of the candida and allergies/sensitivities (whatever) will go away!!??

And yep...did the saliva test already - positive!
