Interesting...I have alot of allergies as well and it is a mystery why I have a reaction to many things that I am not necessarilly a big consumer of. I have not done the Elisa test, but have had my back scratched and out of the 78 things that I was tested for - I did not have a reaction to 3!!! All everyone kept saying when they saw my back was "Oh my!" I finally have gotten to the point where I try to eat what makes me feel good, and not eat what makes me feel bad (keeping in mind that healthy, whole, organic is best) and try to keep it rotating. I have eliminated Sugar and alcohol and am desperately trying to give up coffee.

I have to wonder as well, if the allergies/sensitivities may be associated with Candida and not a result of overeating any one particular food.
