Thanks for these suggestions, but if you are REALLY allergic, to the point of being limited to 10 or 15 foods, you cannot take most of the stuff recommended here: it gives you allergic reactions! A real catch 22.
And I am talking allergic reactions, not die off. You can tell the difference: allergy = serie of sneezes, runny eyes/nose, bloodshot eyes,dark circles under eyes, becoming blue, or red,severe headache, swelling of the throat, anaphylactic shock sometimes, which can mean death.
Since a few candida sufferers suffer also from allergies, keep that in mind when you give advice on taking antifungals.
