Hi:

I read a post by someone on another board he said that he did 2 - 3 enemas daily for 6 months that took care of his health issues, but I don't know what his problems were.

I have been doing organic coffee retention enemas twice daily for about 6 weeks now and intend to keep that up until I am done with this candida devil. I get all manner of stuff out. At the same time I do Holistic Horizon colon cleansing with Caproil.

Some one at this forum cured her candida with 1/4 cup Xylitol powder daily. I have learned interesting things about Xylitol on the net. I have Liver Flush #60 coming up, so far no change in how I feel. I think that my adrenalins are pretty tired, I just learned about that. So I will pay some attention to these little babies too.
