Like you, I have multiple food and chemical sensitivities as a result of candida. Obviously, that leaves me very little leeway in terms of treatment, taking supplements etc, since most antifungals, natural or not, recommended to get rid of candida, give me allergic reactions. Even vitamins supplements give me reactions!
Besides the diet, did yo find very low key methods to control this problem?
