Eileen,

You are absolutely right. Getting healthy is about all of these, cleansing the colon, liver, diet, lessening your toxic load.

You have been through a lot. As a mother of three children I know how life can be. The loss of a child is something that I would imagine you never ever get over but only learn to live with somehow. My heart goes out to you.

The more you learn about how to get healthy yourself the more you will be able to teach your children and grand-children. This has been the blessing for me in my own journey. Good luck to you in your journey.
