It started coming out after my 3rd liver flush. Then I went on ParaGone, they were comming out, then, I was loading my self with green herbs (chlorophyll), they were comming out, then I started enemas, a lot's of them comming out, eating natural sour/fermented cabbage were getting them out,..
Do anything to clean you colon and they will be comming out.
