I am dubious of the liver-flush/candida connection. My experience has been although liver symptoms have improved - e.g. fat metabolism, it has done nothing for the candida. And my last cleanses I got hardly anything out, indicating that my liver may be clean.

I bought the "Key to health" book a while back. To be honest it doesn't resonate with me at all.

I'm really glad things have worked out for you. The more success stories I hear the better - I wouldn't wish this illness on my worst enemy. But one thing I've noticed is that everyone seems to have an individual cure - its almost as though the factors involved were either highly individual or even coincidental.

There seem to be very few generalizable, universally applicable lessons.
