I've done a total of 10 liver flushes, and although my fat metabolism has improved and my stools are a better colour, I can't say that my overall health has improved. Each flush got out an average of 20-30 stones. Towards the end I was getting out less and less.

I've also done extensive bowel cleansing - psyllium, colonics, enemas, Oxypowder .
