Your question doesn't technically apply to me Since I was rid of my candida problem for awhile now, but I am still making progress on overall health issues, and still drop in onthis forum from time to time.

For me, liver flushes, colonics, ayuverdic diet and lifestyle changes as laid out by Andreas Moritz in "key to health and rejuvenation" helped me get over candida relatively easily (when you consider that at one point I gave up ever being rid of it). This came after the usual antifungal/diet/supp merrygoround recommended to most of us (which didn't do much for me).
