It's great to hear from you! There seem to be so many different approaches to fasting and cleansing, some say do this, others say do that. It's all quite confusing. I do know that after the Liver Flushes I did (last year, now!) I noticed that I didn't seem to get any Acne at all and did not get a cold or flu. So that's gotta be good. I'll look into doing a fast, though I don't know how I'm going to go. I did try to do the master cleanse... I couldn't stick at it, but attitude is everything, so I'll give it another go.
