Being moderately allergic when candida free, and severely when I have candida, I aware of the fact that all foods are not equal when it comes to producing allergic reactions.
Surf the net for lists of highly allergenic foods, the lists may vary slightly or sometimes they are incomplete, but chances are they will include "classic" allergenic foods like:
all nuts: peanuts, wallnuts, almonds, pecans etc. Peanuts are a major problem because they contain 2 proteins which are highly allergenic. It must be a similar problem with other nuts, because when I eat hazelnuts straight from the tree (dont see how they could be moldy) I get all red, start to sneeze like crazy, cant breeze etc.
eggs
soy, avocadoes, kiwis, strawberries--very allergenic--apples, bananas and all "latex fruit"
fish, shellfish, crustaceans
sesame seeds
sulfites , Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) and a number of additives and preservatives
If candida gives you food sensivities, stay away from those, or introduce them only one by one and in very small amounts, in order to test you reaction.
A site that gives good info on this problem:
