Thank you so much for responding. Ok I printed your post and will be going shopping for these foods to add them to my diet. I am so excited...I now have a few more foods to add to my small list and maybe I will be able to add some pounds on with them.(haha) I am especially excited about the brown rice waffles! Thanks so much. :-)
