Yes, I have been on Threelac since November of 2003 and it has helped me very much. I am now on maintenance (1 packet daily). I started out on one packet daily and went up to 5 packets and then came back down. It has helped eliminate so many of my problems - joint and muscle pain, poor circulation, heartburn, sinus problems, etc. etc. Remember it is not a quick fix. It happens gradually, we didn't get like this overnight.
