Hi Ocean,

Yipes! Cotton Balls with legs!! Sounds like a horror movie. But then, this whole candida experience is like a horror movie in some ways.

Gosh, I never considered that this stuff might be stuff that is supposed to be left inside, like intestines. I doubt it though, because I have not been an enema freak or anything - I just started some really gentle ones about a week or so ago, so I figure I can't possibly have dislodged an intestine (yet) :)

I also concur that I feel worse afterwards sometimes. This seems to be if I am already in die off, I just get more tired for a while, feel like I need to nap. I do think it helps in the long run though, as my progress is slowly upwards.
