How often? You are not suppose to do enemas on a daily basis, so as to avoid getting dependant on them.
However I feel that because of candida becoming so very overwhelming whenever you constipate, I often have had to break this rule.

I started off with coffee enemas: great against brain fog.

And I have used salt enemas (without the soda) so as to reach further up into the intestine - and not only the colon.

I used to do them every day or every second day -and the day after a liver flush. Now, I only use an enema when needed, when my digestive system is bloated. My digestion is much better so I do not need to do it as often anymore.
