Hi Jhan,
What is the proper dosage for enemas and how often can you do this sort of enema? I bought some Bragg's AVC today and I am ready to start the enema's. Shelleycat recommended 1 tsp- 1/2 cup per quart, and I pretty much trust her judgement. I am a scardy cat and had plan on maybe 2 tbsp to my quart of water. Also can you direct me to this enema recipe? I am ready to *touch with your tongue* the nasty little buggers for good! This candida stuff has caused so many problems, but I want to do things right and safe.
