The quantity of ACV Letitrain is recommending is 50 times as strong as the proper enema recipe!???!!! Dangerous stuff.

The flaky toilet paper Letitrain is referring to is the same a the cotton ball: Candida in its rizhomic form.
Congrats! Taking these out are good.

Furthermore I wonder if the black stuff Letitrain found in the stool was not simply mucoid plaque (see the picture below)
