Congratulation for the mucoid plaque. YOu shall really feel the differnce in the coming days. You 'll see.

I agreee that it is weird to share your enthusiasm over your stool. I know the feeling. Who else could I have shared the victory of passing mucoid plaque but with the curezone folks?


You should indeed carry on with the P & B. Passing mucoid plaque proves it (but do take it easy with the strenght of your enemas).

Do a fast for a few days (or else dring loads of water for 5 days, in between meals) and then you will be ready for your first liver cleanse.
Try doing Liver Flushes 3 to 4 weeks apart, they can be taxing on your body. Aim for 3 or 4 Liver Flushes and then give your body a break for a few months. THen again 3 or 4 more and another break, and this until you do not pass any stones.
