hmmm..ive never had an effect like that from primal defense...my complexion actually stays clearer for the most part when im using it.

the only semi-adverse effect ive gotten is if i take it on a full stomach especially if ive eaten a high protein food like nuts, then afterwards i have difficulty breathing for a time. but if i take it on an empty stomach it works great. i take it most days, never more than two capsules at once between 2-6 per day. sometimes i discontinue using it for a while, but i find i generally feel better when im taking it.
