Jordan Rubin PRAISED the effectiveness of HSO's as the primary part of his recovery after exhausting every other treatment and supplement. Don't take what I said so literally! Most of us have read the book. Also, It was the drastic change in his diet & lifestyle along with the kefir and other fermented foods that's apart of his cultural make up that was instumental in his recovery
