I agree rotatating your treatment will prevent developing a resistence to the supplements you are taking.So many people are just taking things like three-lac on a daily basis.Although this may work for some,in my opinion rotaing your treatments daily is the most effective.
example:
monday-three-lac
tuesday-garlic and acidophilus
wednesday-niastin powder
thurs-grapefruit seed extract
reapeat.
