Dear Emrald,

Always take the dose that is right for you. Taking 2 three times a day is fine. Some people don't need more. My motto is: "more is not better." Sometimes you must start at a very low dose and gradually increase it, but the recommended dose isn't always right for you. Knowing your own body is key.
