Itchy hives is 'normal die-off'. But this also tells you you need some antioxydants supplements. You absolutely need magnesium, vit C, vit E and fish oil (cod liver fish or other). I got over the itchy hives with fish oil. You might want to apply a cream with vitamin A too!
