I haven't either! Last fall & winter I was having hot flashes...wanna good detox? Try hot flashes in front of the fireplace! I was having to open windows in the dead of winter to cool down my hot self!
The best thing for me has been the leveling out of my emotions. A menopausal friend of mine describes the thought loop as "intolerance". Very apt, I'd say!
