Yes, I am sure you are right. Before it was only a sort of general malaise I would feel if I ate wheat....kind of sluggish, system not functioning well, maybe a few dark circles. Certainly nothing so VIOLENT. But come to think of it years ago when I suffered from constipation I would begin to feel very foul indeed if I did not use something to relieve it. Almost like the toxins came bubbling up to the brain and directly out the mouth!!!
